Leigh Wilbanks

"I love working with people! I find great reward in helping our clients navigate what can often be a very stressful process. There is something soulful and fulfilling about a career that requires not only analytical ability and negotiation prowess but also hustle, honesty, humor and…well, good ol’ fashion therapy skills. I take my job very seriously and enjoy every day!"

Leigh has resided in Colorado since 1987 and has been a licensed Realtor since 2005. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs and serving her military commitment as an officer in the US Air Force, Leigh went on to earn a graduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business. During her studies in Boulder, Leigh was selected by Jim Collins to be a member of his research team for Jim’s best-selling book, Good to Great. Many of the ideas and concepts that Leigh explored during her work with Jim have influenced the principles that guide Red Door Properties today.

After graduating from Business School, Leigh joined an entrepreneurial start-up and was a key leader in its growth over a five-year period. As a General Manager and Regional VP for Sales and Operations, Leigh was responsible for the Sales and Operations teams and delivering industry-leading customer service. Leigh is focused on leveraging this business experience to the advantage of her customers today throughout the home buying and selling processes.

When Leigh’s not working with her real estate clients, she enjoys all that Colorado has to offer! Leigh can be found skiing, mountain biking and hiking our state’s glorious peaks. She’s also somewhat of a “foodie” and relishes a night out on the town at one of our city’s fabulous tables – from Uchi to Annette to, well, Don’s Mixed Drinks, she loves all aspects of Denver’s various culinary experiences.
